Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Re-scheduling

If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour start time, we’re unable to offer a refund. However, you may exchange your tickets for a later date, subject to availability.
